Our succulent meaty breakfast sausages are served everyday in the Cross Lanes organic restaurant either on a breakfast or in a sandwich with one of our homemade bread buns. They are packed full of flavour, our chefs work closely with the butchers, our sausages are made with our own homemade seasoning recipe and where possible homegrown herbs.
