Our rarebreed rolled leg of pork is a must for a Sunday roasting joint, this is what we serve in the Cross Lanes restaurant every Sunday so would highly recommend. This prime hind quarter cut provides lovely lean delicious meat full of flavour. It is covered with a layer of scored skin for the perfect crackling.
