Organic Leg of Lamb Whole

Our traditional organic leg of lamb makes a succulent roasting joint, Sunday lunch perfection. Roasting whole on the bone intensifies the flavour, and there is a great balance of internal marbling which with a slow cook helps give a naturally juicy rich lamb flavour. We remove the aitch bone of our lamb leg, but leave the marrow filled thigh bone and shank bone in.
