Our terms and conditions are intended to form the basis of a good working relationship with you our customer.

We take every effort to ensure that all the information on this website is up to date and accurate. We are constantly reviewing and updating content. Cross Lanes Organic Farm cannot be held responsible for any errors contained within.

Prices & Availability

Prices Cross Lanes Organic Farm are regularly reviewing prices on the website, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. The consumer will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of VAT.

Availability All products are subject to availability. If an order has been placed which contains products that are currently unavailable, you will not be charged for these products.

Cross Lanes Organic Farm reserves the right to refuse extremely large bulk orders.

Cancellation of Order

Any order placed can be cancelled no later than 9am on the morning the day before the delivery day or collection day arranged.

Cancelled orders will incur a small charge which will be deducted from the repayment, this is to cover our admin costs.

We are unable to cancel an order after this period as we will have started to prepare your food, cut your meat and pick your products.

Out of Stock Items

We try to send your order as you placed it, but sometimes this isn’t always possible. We try our best to keep everything in stock and keep the website updated with any out of stock items.  Sometimes when we order from our suppliers certain items are out of stock so we order a substitute with a different brand to maintain stock levels of certain products. Again we try and keep the site updated with these options, but occasionally may substitute your order with another brand.  If you prefer to not have anything substituted please let us know.

We always try and keep a fully stocked butchers with our high quality meat. We are a family business sourcing meat from our family farm therefore have a limited supply of certain cuts.

If no suitable substition is available we will send your order with missing items and not take payment for these.

Delivery Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the courier can gain access to the delivery address, and we always ask for details of a safe place the box can be left if the recipient is not in. 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Cross Lanes Organic Farm and take every measure to ensure this. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have purchased, please inform us within 7 days of purchase.

We would discuss any issues with you, we would need to know why you were disappointed and would require product details and possibly the product to be returned. We have full processing records and traceability systems in place for our own Cross Lanes products and can trace back products from other suppliers.

We always try to respond as quickly as we can and try and resolve things for you. When we have looked at the evidence we will at our discretion offer a refund and/or replace.
