Organic Grass Fed Beef Jacob's Ladder, PFLA certified

Cross Lanes Organic Farm Jacob’s Ladder, the short rib of beef, is an old traditional cut which is becoming more known and popular. The ladders, cut between the flank and brisket are layered with meat and soft fat that melts, so the meat will just fall off the bone when cooked. Derek was brought up with slow roasting these ladders, but the modern way is to casserole them. Definately worth a try.
