Organic Lamb Kofta Kebabs
Chef’s lamb kofta kebab, made using our Teesdale lamb, spiced with cumin, corriander and chilli. In our organic restaurant we serve these on a bed of marinated red cabbage with dressed house salad, homemade yoghurt slaw, homemade chutney, garlic and mint yoghurt dip and a wood fired flatbread.
