Homemade fresh bread at Cross Lanes

Fresh bread is made every day at Cross Lanes for both the kitchen and the farm shop. We need to keep the kitchen stocked up with buns for breakfasat, cold sandwiches, burger buns, speciality soup rolls and cheesy bread for our tasty rarebits.

 

We produce a range of different types of breads using different flours; white, wholemeal, malthouse, rye and spelt flours, we also make sour dough and other speciality breads.

 

There are always plenty of homemade tea cakes in stock and these go down a treat, toasted with a spread of Acorn Dairy butter, making a tasty snack alongside a cup of tea or coffee.

We supply bread weekly to Piercebridge Organic Farm shop, all trade enquiries welcome.
